How to calculate women's menstrual period and safe period

I believe that female friends are very clear about their menstrual period, and the timing should be about the same every month. Nowadays, we all choose to use condoms for contraception, but using condoms too often will cause certain damage to our health, so it is better to use them less. However, we can have sex during our safe period without using condoms. Here we will teach you how to calculate your safe period.

Generally, women will only ovulate once in a menstrual cycle. The period not during ovulation can be considered a safe period. Generally speaking, it is impossible to conceive during the safe period because the female body does not ovulate. Therefore, it is worthwhile for women to know about self-testing during the safe period. Now let’s take a closer look.

The safe period is divided into the safe period before ovulation and the safe period after ovulation. The period from the end of menstruation to the day before ovulation is the safe period before ovulation. From the first day after the end of ovulation to the day before the next menstrual cramps is the safe period after ovulation. A woman's ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. Starting from the first day of the next menstrual period, counting down 14 days or subtracting 14 days is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after the ovulation day are called the ovulation period.

For example, a woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days, and the first day of this menstruation is December 2nd. Then the next menstruation will be on December 30th (December 2nd plus 28 days). Subtract 14 days from December 30th, and December 16th is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after it, that is, December 11-20, is the ovulation period. Except for the menstrual period and ovulation period, the rest of the time is the safe period. There is no need to use any contraceptive drugs or tools during sexual intercourse during the safe period.

Through the above introduction, we know that it is actually very simple to calculate your safe period. You just need to figure out your ovulation period. It is recommended that you use condoms less frequently in normal times to avoid bringing diseases to your body. It is easy to cause yourself to suffer from vaginitis, so it is better to have sex during your safe period, so we must pay great attention to it.
