Why do some people dare to quarrel with their leaders?

1. The leader is unfair and arbitrary.

Some leaders are arbitrary and unfair in handling issues; employees are unjustly accused and punished, which makes them resentful. This is often the fuse of quarrels.

2. The leader has a narrow mind and a bad temper.

Some leaders are narrow-minded and have bad tempers. They like to lose their temper with employees and make unreasonable accusations against them. When employees can no longer tolerate it, they are likely to conflict with their leaders.

3. The leadership’s working methods are simple and crude.

Some leaders have a crude working method, especially when criticizing employees, they do not pay attention to the timing and occasion, and do not consider the personal feelings of employees, which makes employees feel humiliated and lose face. In this case, it is easy to cause employees' emotions to rebound and get out of control.

4. The leader’s prestige is low and he cannot win the support of the people.

Some leaders do not have high prestige among the masses, and their employees look down on them. Coupled with factors such as blind command, this can easily cause resentment and dissatisfaction among employees.

Who dares to quarrel with the leader?

1. A person who is strong because he has no desires.

This kind of person has no desires or demands, is upright, has no faults, no handles, and is confident in what he says and does. He is the kind of person who neither bullies others nor allows others to bully him.

2. A person who is strong in himself.

Such people often have strong abilities and deep backgrounds, and they don't worry about being laid off or unemployed. If they are not welcome here, they will find another place to stay. When they encounter unfair treatment from their leaders, they dare to challenge and argue with their leaders, and they are fearless. Even if their leaders treat them unfairly, they will not get angry.

3. People with strong self-esteem.

This kind of people have strong self-esteem, regard dignity as life, and will not tolerate being offended by others. Especially when they are innocent and wronged, they will seek justice and dare to quarrel with their leaders.

4. A person with a bad temper.

This kind of person has a bad temper, is easily impulsive, does not stay calm when encountering things, rarely considers the consequences, and easily regrets it afterwards. If the leader handles the problem not in accordance with their wishes, they are likely to fall out with the leader.

I think the above four types of people who dare to quarrel with their leaders are not very mature in their workplace. Quarreling with a leader may give you a temporary emotional catharsis and a momentary pleasure. If you meet a magnanimous and forgiving leader, it's fine; but if you meet a petty and mean leader, it will be bad news.

In the workplace, we should still handle the working relationship with the leaders rationally and not be emotional. "Be patient and the sea will be calm, take a step back and the sky will be wide open."

Is it really okay to quarrel with your boss?

Normal people in the workplace all know that their bosses are in charge of their "promotions and salary increases". In order to support their families, it is not easy for everyone to work.
