They must know what foods they cannot eat and try to reduce these foods during pregnancy.

1. Avoid hot pot: It is recommended that pregnant mothers should not eat hot pot, especially meat hot pot. When eating hot pot, in order to ensure the tenderness of the meat, people like to put all kinds of tender meat into the hot pot, blanch it slightly and then eat it, but this cannot kill the sparganosis in the meat. Pregnant women who eat undercooked meat may be infected with Toxoplasma gondii, which can cause fetal deformities.

2. Avoid blanching food in water: Although blanched food such as Chuan Chuan Xiang and Mao Xue Wang are delicious, they are relatively spicy and can easily cause internal heat and constipation after consumption. Frequent constipation can cause abdominal pain and bloating in pregnant women, and can also cause gastrointestinal toxin accumulation, and may even cause enterogenic endotoxemia, causing extremely serious adverse effects on the mother's body. Therefore, pregnant mothers are advised not to drink too much boiled food. If constipation occurs, they should not take laxatives at will. They should go to the hospital for a physical examination in time and take appropriate measures for treatment.

3. Avoid cold foods: frozen pears, frozen persimmons, melons, etc. Pregnant mothers must avoid taking them. Eating cold foods into the stomach and intestines may cause vascular spasm due to the large temperature difference, leading to abdominal pain, diarrhea, and even miscarriage and premature birth.

4. Eat less foods that are easy to cause internal heat: Do not eat too much ginseng and dried longan. They are not suitable for everyone, especially pregnant women should not eat too much warm and hot foods, otherwise it is easy to "add fuel to the fire", and in severe cases, even symptoms such as threatened miscarriage and premature birth such as spotting during pregnancy and abdominal pain may occur.
