1. Eat more iron-rich foods: Studies have shown that the zinc content in the inner ear is much higher than that in other human organs. 4. Avoid stress, anxiety and fatigue: High mental anxiety or emotional excitement, as well as physical fatigue and weakness can cause tinnitus or aggravate tinnitus, so the body and mentality should be adjusted in time.

5. Regularly consume foods that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis: Foods that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis can help improve the condition of blood vessels, activate blood vessels, reduce blood viscosity, and thus ensure the normal blood circulation of ear blood vessels.
