The Qinqing Online Platform requires a corporate legal person account and password to log in. If you do not have one, you need to register a corporate legal person account to enter.

You can log in to the platform by scanning the QR code on your mobile device or by opening the official website http://qinqing.hangzhou.gov.cn on your computer.

To log in via mobile device, you need to select the corresponding policy in the [Enterprise Benefit Policies] column, click [Redeem], and you can enter the login page.

Steps to apply for Hangzhou Qinqing Online Epidemic Rental Subsidy

Mobile

1. Scan the QR code to enter the homepage of Qinqing Online, and the default is the "Enterprise Benefit Policy" column. In this column, click the [Redeem] button next to "Policy on Issuing Housing Subsidy for Enterprise Employees".

2. Jump to the login interface, enter the Zhejiang Government Service Network company legal person account password and log in. If you don't have one, click Register Now, fill in the corresponding content as required, complete the registration and log in.

3. Select the corresponding policy to be applied for according to the needs of the enterprise. For housing subsidy, select "housing subsidy for enterprise employees".

Computer (PC)

1. Use the browser to enter the Qinqing Online portal.

2. Click Login in the upper right corner of the webpage. After redirecting, fill in the corporate (legal person) account and password of the Zhejiang Government Service Website and log in.

3. Select [Policy World] on the list page, select the corresponding policy (here is employee housing subsidy), and click "View details".

4. Click Cash, select "Letter of Commitment", and click "No Objection, Submit for Cashing". If you have any objection to the evaluation result later, you can click "Appeal the Subsidy Amount".

5. Click [Redemption Record] to review the redemption results.

Can corporate employees apply for housing subsidies in their own name?

Enterprises need to collect employee information to verify whether they meet the requirements and then submit applications on the "Qinqing Online" platform.

The applicants must be corporate employees who have paid social insurance premiums as required, whose annual salary income in 2019 is less than 72,000 yuan, who have not rented public housing, who have not received government housing subsidies, and who rent houses outside. In addition, only one person in a couple can enjoy the benefit.

After the review is passed, the subsidy will be directly deposited into the employee's account, which supports Alipay account or bank card number.
