Seafood such as giant squid is cold in nature, so people with weak spleen and stomach should eat less. Giant squid contains a lot of cholesterol, so patients with hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, arteriosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases and liver diseases should eat it with caution.
