There is no fermentation in the whole process, so the overall color of Longjing tea is particularly tender green, and the color of the fresh tea leaves is preserved to the greatest extent. How to brew Longjing tea

The first two infusions of Longjing tea should be brewed with 80℃ water for a better taste. Do not use boiling water. After the water boils, open the lid and let it cool for a while to lower the water temperature. The water temperature can be raised moderately for the next few infusions, but not too high. Longjing tea can be brewed in a covered bowl or directly in a glass. The amount of tea should not be too high, 3 grams is enough. If the tea and water are separated, water can be produced within 10 seconds for the first few infusions.
