What to do if there is no fetal heartbeat at 65 days of pregnancy

The gestational sac is the initial shape of a woman's pregnancy. In the early stages of a woman's pregnancy, the baby has not yet taken shape. When the fetal bud and fetal heartbeat appear, the fetal heartbeat has already occurred. However, some women have a gestational sac but no fetal bud and fetal heartbeat in the early stages of pregnancy. So, what should you do if you have a gestational sac but no fetal bud at 65 days of pregnancy?

What should I do if I have a gestational sac but no embryo at 65 days of pregnancy?

Under normal circumstances, the B-ultrasound at 65 days of pregnancy can show the embryo, fetal heart rate and fetal heartbeat. If there is a gestational sac but no embryo at 65 days of pregnancy, it may be due to low progesterone and the possibility of threatened miscarriage. It is recommended that you observe carefully for a week. If there is still no sign, consider terminating the development of the test tube embryo and perform a uterine curettage in time.

1. Before 6 weeks of pregnancy, if you have an ultrasound examination during 0-5 weeks of pregnancy, the fetus is very small and cannot be seen even if it is done.

2. At 5-6 weeks of pregnancy, the number of embryos in the test tube is mainly checked by ultrasound. Through ultrasound examination, you may be able to see the location of the fetal sac in the uterus. If you cannot see it, you should suspect the possibility of ectopic pregnancy. If there is no vaginal bleeding, just look at the site where the embryo in the gestational sac is implanted. If there is vaginal bleeding, it is necessary to determine whether it is "threatened abortion".

3. Ultrasound examination at 6 to 8 weeks (40 to 60 days). The fetal heartbeat and yolk sac can be seen. At around 6 weeks or 50 days, the fetal heartbeat and fetal heart rate, the size of the fetal sac, and the yolk sac can be seen. Under the ultrasound scanner, you can see the yolk sac that provides the fetus with the nutritional needs before 12 weeks. This is a "little convenience" needed by the fetus itself. The gestational sac will gradually disappear and transform as the fetus grows and develops. There is a claim that the gender of the fetus can be determined based on the shape of the gestational sac, but whether this is accurate has not yet been authoritatively confirmed.

What should you pay attention to when you are 65 days pregnant?

1. Children's development. The fetal head is oversized (accounting for 1/3 of the total length of the test tube embryo), with a prominent neck and nails appearing. The baby's heart was beating strongly. The stomach begins to produce some digestive enzymes, the liver begins to produce red blood cells, and the kidneys can also decompose some waste products (uric acid) from the fetus's blood. The macula of the fetus's fundus has been completely pigmented. The short, stiff little tail can still be seen.

2. Give your baby prenatal education every day. The world we live in is full of all kinds of beauty, and we enjoy all this beauty through seeing, hearing and feeling. However, the aesthetic shaping of the fetus requires the mother to transmit the beauty she feels to the fetus through nerve conduction. Aesthetic shaping is also an integral part of prenatal education for the baby. It mainly includes three parts: musical aesthetics, physical aesthetics and natural aesthetics.

3. Things to note for expectant mothers. Noise is an unpleasant stimulus to both mother and fetus, which can cause psychological disorders between mother and child, inhibit the division and development of fetal organs, or cause fetal growth cessation, miscarriage, or delayed fetal intrauterine language development.

Eat more foods containing cellulose, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes and dehydrated fruits (dried blueberries, dried prunes, dried apricots, figs, etc.). If you usually eat very little cellulose-rich food, you should gradually increase this high-fiber food, otherwise the stomach will not be able to digest it. You can also spread your daily fiber intake over every meal you eat.
