Will a small uterus rupture during pregnancy?

Most female patients with a small uterus are suffering from a condition called congenital dysplasia. If the size is not very obvious, clinically the patient does not have any symptoms and clinical signs, and the uterus, ovaries, uterine wall and vagina are normal, it will not have a significant impact on pregnancy. If the undersized condition is serious and not cleared, it may lead to infertility. Especially when there is congenital vaginal development abnormality or uterine and ovarian development abnormality, the possibility of infertility is relatively high. Patients are required to go to a local tertiary hospital for further examinations of six sex hormones, ovarian ultrasound, and colposcopy. If necessary, angiography of the male reproductive organs or hysteroscopy can be performed to confirm the diagnosis of the disease and carry out appropriate treatment based on the actual examination results.

A small uterus is due to uterine hypoplasia, which is caused by the cessation of growth and development in a short period of time after the fusion of the paramesonephric ducts. A small uterus may result in reduced menstrual flow and infertility after marriage. This estrogen sequential therapy can be used for treatment. You can start taking preeclampsia on the first day of your menstrual period, 0.625 mg per day, and continue taking it for 21 days. In the last 10 days, take medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets at the same time, 10 mg per day. After one week of stopping the medication, the medication was repeated and continued for three cycles.

If the uterus is small, it is related to many factors, such as genetic factors, insufficient endocrine function of women, especially ovarian dysfunction, which can lead to abnormal estrogen secretion. If the uterus is small, treatment should be carried out immediately. Except for genetic factors that cannot be treated, the appropriate treatment plan can be selected according to the specific situation, and then hormone replacement therapy, ovulation induction and other methods can be used to restore the woman's ovaries, so that preparation for pregnancy can be carried out.

It can also be treated through traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, you should pay attention to maintaining a positive attitude, avoid the influence of adverse factors, and pay attention to timely supplementation of protein, vitamins, calcium, iron, zinc, etc.
