What skin care products are best to use during breastfeeding?

During breastfeeding, general skin care products can be used, moisturizing, hydrating and nourishing skin care products can be used, but anti-aging and skin whitening products should be avoided as much as possible. During breastfeeding, the skin condition becomes worse due to staying up late frequently. The effect of using skin care products is not very significant. It mainly depends on the changes in your own lifestyle. You should not stay up late often and ensure enough sleep. You can use some basic skin care products on a daily basis.

1. Lipstick: Lipstick contains various vegetable oils, fruit waxes, colorants and spices. If women apply lipstick during breastfeeding, not only will the baby be exposed to it and harm the body, but it will also seep toxic substances into the breast milk, causing adverse effects.

2. Hair dye: The ingredients in hair dye (especially fake hair dye) can directly cause skin cancer and breast cancer. Women who are breastfeeding use hair dye, which will be touched by the baby and cause harm to the baby's body.

Luffa: can remove spots and dark circles under the eyes. Cut a fresh loofah into slices, first heat a cotton towel and carefully wipe your face, then lie on your back and apply the cucumber slices to your face one by one. For places that are difficult to stick to, such as the nose, you can cut the loofah into half and stick it there. Keep it on for about 10 minutes, then wipe your face clean with a hot cotton towel. If you do the cucumber beauty method once a day, it can make your skin more smooth, reduce the accumulation of impurities in the pores, and make your skin look brand new.

Lemon: Wash and cut the lemon into slices, put it in cold boiled water for 3-5 minutes, and then use it for facial mask, body wipe, and hair washing. Long-term use can nourish the face and remove spots on the body.

Pure honey: Mash pure honey and tomatoes, mix them and apply on the face. Wash it off after 5 minutes. It can moisturize and tenderize the skin.

Eggs: Add honey and flour to egg yolks to make a thick paste and evenly apply it on the face. It can not only treat acne, but also prevent dry skin in autumn and winter. If you have oily skin, add a spoonful of lemon water, mix and stir, wipe your face with a cotton ball, and wash it off with warm water after 15-20 minutes.

Milk: Submerge compressed mask paper in milk every night for about 10 minutes, wait for the moisturizing mask to fully open, and then apply it on the face for 15 minutes. This has the effect of exfoliating, whitening, and nourishing the face.
