Bleeding after non-menstrual exercise

Bleeding after non-menstrual exercise

If a girl exercises too much before her period, it may cause her period to come early, resulting in bleeding in the lower body after exercise. This kind of bleeding is menstrual bleeding, which is not a big problem. But if the bleeding in the lower body after exercise does not occur during the period of menstruation, there may be some problems. So, what is the reason for bleeding in the lower body after exercise?

What causes lower body bleeding after exercise?

1. Early menstruation

Bleeding in the lower body after exercise may be due to intense exercise causing the menstrual period to be advanced. Then we have to look at the bleeding situation, whether it is similar to normal menstrual bleeding, and the number of days of bleeding, whether it ends in about a week. If so, then the bleeding in this situation may be menstrual bleeding, and everyone does not need to worry too much.

2. The IUD was inserted in the wrong position or moved

If the bleeding in the lower body after exercise occurs after the IUD is inserted, then the bleeding in this case may be related to the incorrect position of the IUD or the movement of the ring caused by intense exercise. For example, if you ride a bicycle or jog shortly after the IUD is inserted, it is likely to cause local friction, and secondly, the position of the ring will change, which may cause bleeding in the lower body. In that case, after you insert the IUD again, the bleeding problem should be significantly improved.

3. The mausoleum problem

If you bleed from the lower body after exercise, unless it is menstrual bleeding or bleeding caused by movement of the ring due to excessive exercise, then it is very likely that the bleeding from the lower body is caused by problems with the uterus. Uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, endometritis, etc. may all cause abnormal bleeding in the lower body. If you find that you bleed frequently after exercise and it becomes more and more serious, you need to check whether there is a problem with the uterus in time.
