What are the symptoms of cervical pain

Cervical pain and discomfort in women is common in cervicitis. There is usually an increase in secretions, and it may coexist with urethritis, cystitis, acute vaginitis, and endometritis. There will be varying degrees of lower abdominal distension and pain, lumbar pain, and bladder irritation. Many patients with cervicitis have no symptoms. The main manifestations are generally increased female secretions, which are mucopurulent, and vulvar itching and burning caused by the irritation of female secretions. Some people will have cervical hematoma, edema, eversion of the mucosa, dull pain in the cervix, and easy bleeding when touched.

Cervical pain is often caused by excessive sexual intercourse, cervicitis, or vaginitis. General examination will show cervical mucosal damage, as well as ulcers and inflammation. You can go to the hospital's gynecology department for a colposcopy for diagnosis. For treatment, you can take cervicitis tablets, gynecological Qianjin tablets, and levofloxacin tablets together for half a month to four weeks. You cannot have sex during treatment. You need to wait one week after recovery before having sex. You should keep warm at ordinary times.

The symptom of cervical pain is very common in gynecology, and is common in adnexitis and pelvic inflammatory disease. Inflammation can easily cause cervical pain. This condition usually occurs in pregnant women, some occur on one side and some occur on both sides. Some patients will have excessive vaginal discharge and feel uncomfortable. Some people may also experience gradual dull pain, back pain, and a feeling of heaviness in the waist. This situation is relatively common. Some patients may also experience abdominal pain and fever, which all require timely treatment.

The pain of adnexitis often occurs on the left or right side below the belly button, and this pain may be aggravated when the body's immunity is reduced, or after menstruation or fatigue. This type of pain is not continuous but intermittent. The intervals between pains are not fixed and there is no nausea, vomiting or other symptoms. In severe cases, there may be hydrosalpinx, which can cause fever. It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination immediately. Basically, through the gynecological bimanual examination, it can be determined whether the pain is caused by adnexitis, and it is recommended to actively provide clinical treatment. During the treatment period, the diet should be more nutritious, but sour and spicy foods should be avoided.
