Will my breasts swell and hurt during early pregnancy?

Breast pain during pregnancy is a normal physiological manifestation. During pregnancy, a series of changes will occur in the body of the pregnant mother, and the endocrine level will increase. During pregnancy, high levels of estrogen and progesterone stimulate breast growth and development. In the early stages of pregnancy, when the breasts begin to expand and swelling becomes more pronounced, pregnant women will automatically experience breast swelling. During pregnancy, the large amount of female hormones and estrogen secreted by the mother make the mother's mammary glands fully develop and fully prepare for milk secretion. However, no milk is secreted at this time, which may be related to the fact that a large amount of estrogen and progesterone inhibits milk secretion.

Pregnant women may experience breast enlargement, breast lobular hyperplasia, breast pain, darker areola color, and obvious nipple protrusion due to the increase of estrogen and estrogen in the early 42 days of pregnancy. These are all normal early pregnancy reactions. There is no need to worry. It will generally ease or disappear after three months, but it varies from person to person. Pregnant women are advised to keep their breasts clean during pregnancy and avoid squeezing them. Maintain a happy mood, exercise moderately, eat a healthy diet, and take regular care to ensure the normal growth and development of the fetus.

Generally, around 40 days into the early stages of pregnancy, there will be a feeling of chest pain due to the influence of hormone secretion in the body. During the entire pregnancy period, due to the increase of estrogen and oestrogen, nipples will appear pigmented and enlarged. In the second half of pregnancy, the mammary ducts will enlarge and thicken, and the breasts will also expand, which is beneficial to increase milk supply after the baby is born, so that the milk needed for the baby's growth and development can be achieved.

Some people will experience breast distension throughout pregnancy. This phenomenon varies from person to person and is related to one's hormone metabolism and genetic inheritance. If you experience breast distension during the entire menstrual period, you don't need to be overly anxious. Just maintain a happy mood, eat a healthy diet, pay attention to breast hygiene, don't squeeze your nipples too hard, and maintain them regularly.
