Pink discharge after menstruation

Pink discharge after menstruation

When it comes to menstruation, I believe everyone knows it. For normal women, menstruation usually has a certain periodicity, and most of them have menstruation once a month. The menstrual period generally lasts for 5 to 7 days. If it lasts too long, it is considered irregular menstruation. Moreover, if the color of menstrual blood is abnormal, it also needs to be taken seriously. Many female friends have heavy menstrual bleeding, and light pink or brown discharge appears after menstruation. In response to the requests of many female friends, today, let us take a look at the situation in these aspects.

In fact, irregular menstrual cycles, lighter or darker menstrual blood color, changes in menstrual volume, and periods that are too long or too short are all abnormal conditions and fall within the scope of menstrual disorders. The pink color of postmenstrual discharge is common among female friends and is related to many reasons:

First, if there are abnormal changes in secretions after menstruation, the location of the blood spots should be determined first to see whether it is the discharge of body blood or a symptom caused by irritation or damage to the vagina and cervical tissues. Many of these patients, after examination, were found to be directly related to Trichomonas vaginitis irritation;

Second, some women may have sex right after their menstrual period. If a woman has a history of vaginitis or cervicitis, the secretion may be light pink or brown.

Third, for some women, light pink secretions are not necessarily related to inflammation. It is possible that the fallen uterine wall has not been completely discharged from the body, and the deposited menstrual blood is slowly discharged. This does not rule out the possibility that it is related to the body's hormone metabolism disorder.

In general, these are some basic conditions related to menstruation that we often talk about today. Therefore, once the secretion turns light pink, don't panic. It is important to find out the cause, location of the blood spot, and extent of the damage. Only after finding out the details and treating the disease can the symptoms be controlled in the shortest time and the disease be completely cured.
