Symptoms of ovulation

Symptoms of ovulation

Ovulation, like menstruation, is a unique physiological stage that every woman must go through every month. During the ovulation period, the ovary will release a perfect egg cell, and after the egg cell and sperm fuse, sperm-egg fertilization can be formed. Therefore, the ovulation period is also the best time for women to become pregnant. Some women do not have any special symptoms or feelings during ovulation, but some women will obviously feel some symptoms. So what are the symptoms or feelings during ovulation?

The most obvious symptom for female friends during ovulation is excessive vaginal discharge. Excessive vaginal discharge is the most obvious and easily felt symptom of women during ovulation. During the ovulation period every month, the secretion is more than usual, and the increased secretion at this time is actually the substantial increase of cervical mucus during ovulation. This secretion has no odor, is slightly acidic and alkaline, and is a little thick. Don't underestimate this mucus, it has the important function of moistening the vagina and antibacterial.

The body temperature rises during ovulation, which is also one of the symptoms of ovulation. At this time, the female body temperature will be slightly higher than usual, but this slight change in body temperature needs to be measured accurately at fixed times every day to be observed, because the body temperature is more easily affected by external factors and is therefore not easy to feel.

Women are full of energy during ovulation, their sexual desire increases dramatically, and they become more and more sexually active, which are also symptoms of ovulation. Women have strong sexual desire during ovulation, which is an instinctive reaction of human physiology to guide pregnancy.

About ten days before a woman's first menstruation, many people will experience mild pain in the lower abdomen on one side, which is called ovulation pain. The degree of pain varies from person to person, some may be mild, while others may be more painful, and this condition usually lasts about two days.

Due to the drastic changes in hormones in the body before and after ovulation, a small amount of abnormal uterine bleeding may occur. A small amount of bleeding is also a normal condition during ovulation. If the bleeding is excessive, you need to see a doctor immediately.
