Model weight comparison table

The annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show attracts people from all over the world to watch. What attracts people is not only the exquisite lingerie, but also the female models with perfect bodies. When we see glamorous female models, we always envy them for their perfect proportions and body shapes, but in fact, there are a lot of hard work and training behind them. Let's take a look at the model weight list below.

List of model body standards

The extreme proportion of standard body shape:

1. The proportion of the upper and lower body: With the belly button as the dividing line, the proportion of the upper and lower body should be 5:8, which conforms to the basic law of the "golden ratio".

2. Chest size: Measure the chest circumference from the armpit to the fullest part of the chest, which should be half of the height.

3. Hip circumference: Under normal circumstances, measure the thinnest part of the waist. The hip circumference is 20 cm smaller than the bust measurement.

4. Hip circumference: at the larger part of the buttocks parallel to the front metatarsal bones. The hip circumference is 4 cm larger than the chest circumference.

5. Thigh circumference: at the top of the thigh root, below the hip curve. The thigh circumference is 10 cm smaller than the hip circumference.

6. Calf circumference: at the fullest part of the calf. The calf circumference is 20 cm smaller than the thigh circumference.

7. Ankle circumference: at the thinnest part of the ankle. The ankle circumference is 10 cm smaller than the calf circumference.

8. Upper arm circumference: halfway between the shoulder dislocation and the wrist joint. The circumference of the upper arm is half of the circumference of the thigh.

9. Neck circumference: the thinnest part in the middle of the neck. Neck circumference is the same as calf circumference.

10. Shoulder width: the distance between the two shoulder peaks. Shoulder width is equal to half of the chest measurement minus 4 cm.

Weight table for women

Internationally accepted method for calculating human weight and golden ratio body shape:

Weight standard = (height cm-100) x 0.9 (kg)

Weight standard (female) = (height cm-100) x 0.9 (kg) - 2.5 (kg)

Normal weight: standard weight - (how much) 10%.

Overload: 10% above the standard weight and 20% below the standard weight.

Mild obesity: 20% above the standard weight and 30% below the standard weight.

Mild to moderate obesity: 30% above the standard weight and 50% below the standard weight.

Severe obesity: Exceeding the standard weight by more than 50%

Standard fat rate: Body mass index BMI = resting weight (kg) / {height * height (m)}
