Where do babies come from?

Because we Chinese people generally lack sex education, many people's specific knowledge comes from some novels and videos. Many people don't know where the baby is born in the human body when they grow up to adolescence. So, where are babies born? Next, we invite experts to lead everyone to master the knowledge in these areas.

Where do babies come from?

There are two options for having a baby. One is vaginal delivery, which means the baby comes out from the mother's vagina. The other is cesarean section, which means the baby comes out from the mother's belly and the doctor cuts open the abdomen and takes the baby out.

The benefits of natural childbirth include:

1. Natural childbirth is a complete physiological process. The fetus contracts rhythmically through the uterus, and the chest contracts and expands, which is beneficial to the movement of the lungs and the creation of breathing after birth.

2. The compression of the fetal head during childbirth stimulates the fetal nerve center, which is also very beneficial for the establishment of neurological movement after birth. Because they are free from the effects of anesthesia and surgical treatment, pregnant women recover quickly after giving birth and can take care of their babies as soon as possible.

3. The contraction of the uterus and the frictional resistance of the birth canal during natural delivery can also squeeze the amniotic fluid in the fetus's respiratory system, which is not only beneficial to breathing after birth, but also can reduce wet lung and aspiration pneumonia caused by inhalation of amniotic fluid.

What are the common problems with having a baby?

1. No need to shout

If you keep screaming, it will disrupt the breathing rhythm that relieves the pain, and you should also be careful not to scream too loudly. Pregnant women do not need to be too concerned about pain from the beginning, because the pain will last for a long time after it starts, and the attention at this time should not be too focused from the beginning, otherwise it is easy to feel anxious and tired, which will also affect the central nervous system and make the pain more difficult to overcome.

2. No need to close your eyes

If you close your eyes, you can hear the sounds inside your body and concentrate more on giving birth. But if you feel dizzy when you close your eyes, try to keep them open.

3. Don’t push too hard when pain comes

If you use too much force on your shoulders and other parts of your body when the pain starts, the energy will be exhausted quickly. In particular, tightening your buttocks too hard may push the lowered fetus back. Therefore, don't exert too much force when you are in pain. When the pain is over, let yourself take a break and relax your tense body.

4. Don’t let the body lean back

Leaning back always makes the contractions more painful. At this time, the body can be curled up, using the chest-knee position to correct the fetal transverse position, lying prone on the floor or bed, with the chest and knees touching the ground, and the buttocks raised. In this way, the force will work in the opposite direction and the pain will be relieved.

Where do babies come from? After reading the above introduction, we know that babies can be born both from the vagina and from the abdomen. Women can choose the delivery method that suits them according to their own conditions. It should be noted that natural childbirth has certain requirements. If the conditions do not meet the requirements for natural childbirth, pregnant women should follow the doctor's advice to choose a cesarean section without extravagant expectations.
