Nowadays, more and more women suffer from breast diseases, such as breast hyperplasia, breast lumps, and breast cancer. Breast hyperplasia is the most common disease. Basically, more than half of women have breast hyperplasia problems, some of which are mild and some are more serious. Breast cancer is the number one malignant tumor in women.

Although most breast hyperplasia is physiological and occurs during menstruation, there are also physiological and cystic breast hyperplasia, which may be a pathological change. Although not all breast hyperplasia will turn into breast cancer, we still need to pay attention to it.

If you discover the problem of breast hyperplasia as soon as possible and then actively treat and improve it, it will not become more serious. And breast hyperplasia also has symptoms. Let’s take a look at them together.

The first is breast pain. If you have a little breast pain before your period and it gets better after your period, this is normal. If the pain does not subside, continues and even affects your daily life and work, you need to pay attention.

The second is irregular menstruation. The menstrual irregularities mentioned here refer to changes in the physiological cycle. For example, this month's cycle is 20 days, but next month it is 40 days, and the next month it is 25 days. In this case, it is also a signal of breast hyperplasia.

Breast lumps also have the characteristic of changing with the menstrual cycle. Before the menstrual period, the lumps will be harder and gradually grow larger, but after the menstrual period, the lumps will gradually shrink and become loose.

The next time is the appearance of breast lumps. This type of lump will also change with the menstrual cycle. The lump will be large and hard before menstruation, and become smaller and softer after menstruation.

These lumps may appear on one or both breasts and may vary in number, size, and shape. Moreover, the lump usually has no obvious boundaries, often causes dull pain, and continues to move frequently.

The final result is nipple discharge. Many women find some small things inside their bras when they take them off at night. This is called nipple discharge. Normally, nipple discharge occurs on one side. If discharge occurs on both sides, it may have nothing to do with hyperplasia and may be due to a problem with the pituitary gland.

The doctor said that although the possibility of breast hyperplasia is small and most of it is physiological, we still need to pay attention to our diet. Especially the following 4 kinds of food, if you have breast hyperplasia, it is best not to eat them. The more you eat them, the worse it will be, and there is even the possibility of breast cancer.
