Diagnostic criteria for chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic endometriosis: recurrent lower abdominal distension and pain, pain during sexual intercourse, or lower abdominal distension and pain during menstruation, diagnosed under laparoscopy or non-surgical diagnosis indicators include pain, infertility, pelvic examination, color Doppler ultrasound examination and blood cell CA125 test, all 3 of the 5 indicators are positive.

3. Diagnostic criteria for diffuse pelvic pain caused by pelvic congestion: pelvic pain, lumbosacral pain, pain during sexual intercourse, heavy menstruation, increased leucorrhea, no significant positive signs in gynecological examination, pelvic angiography, pelvic B-ultrasound or surgical treatment confirming that the pelvic veins are tortuous, enlarged, thickened or clumped.
