How to increase menstrual flow

When a girl has too little menstrual flow during her period, she will use some methods to make her menstrual period more regular. Because most women hope that their menstrual flow is normal, so they hope that their menstrual flow can be a little more. So how can I have a heavy menstrual flow?

Small amounts of menstrual flow generally indicate endocrine imbalance or some gynecological diseases. Women with such conditions should actively seek treatment and conditioning to restore their menstrual periods. To prevent irregular menstruation, women should ensure the following in their daily life:

1. Do a good job in contraceptive measures to avoid multiple abortions. Multiple abortions or excessive curettage after abortion can easily damage the dermis of the uterine wall, causing the uterine wall to be too thin or underproliferate, and may also cause inflammation, leading to endometritis or uterine adhesions, resulting in scanty menstruation. Therefore, if there is no preparation for pregnancy, women should take the initiative or urge their relatives to take contraceptive measures during intercourse, such as condoms and IUDs.

2. Treat gynecological diseases immediately. A variety of gynecological diseases can cause scanty menstruation. Therefore, when a woman's menstrual blood line suddenly changes, she must pay attention and go to the hospital for medical treatment in time. If it is caused by a gynecological disease, treatment should be started as soon as possible.

3. Changes in adaptability. Women's menstruation is regulated by a complex neuroendocrine system, which involves the cooperation of the central nervous system, pituitary gland, ovaries and uterus. Problems at any stage, such as mental stress, environmental changes, diet and medication, can cause changes in the physiological cycle and menstrual volume. Therefore, if a woman's environment changes, she should adjust her mood and adaptability in time. If taking medicine affects her menstrual period, she can adjust her body through diet or daily medical care under the guidance of a doctor to restore her menstrual period.

In addition to adjusting the diet, you can also adjust your menstrual flow by changing your lifestyle and avoiding mental stimulation. Women during menstruation should do a good job of keeping warm, avoid the stimulation of cold, and especially be careful not to eat cold foods. In addition, avoid excessive fatigue and maintain a happy mood. These methods are all very effective in regulating menstruation, thereby avoiding the symptom of scanty menstruation.
