What should girls do if they have back pain during menstruation?

1. Never hit it too hard, put the force on the waist, and gently rub it from top to bottom. Avoid using too much force, just pinch and rub it. During this special period, girls are originally weak, and hitting them hard can easily cause them to be unable to bear it, and it is also very likely to cause menstrual disorders.

2. Often, waist pain is related to the menstrual disorder. You can use a hand warmer to warm your lower abdomen, which can prevent the lower abdomen from getting cold to a certain extent, promote blood circulation, and reduce the probability of waist and abdominal pain.

3. Don't lie sloppily on the table or chair. If you have pain in your lower back, just use a small pillowcase, sit up straight, and hold your head high. This upright posture can reduce the pain in your lower back and abdomen.

4. Apply hot compress to Guanyuan acupoint. Close the other four fingers of your left hand except the thumb, and then use the middle joint of the middle thumb as a standard. The horizontal width is 3 inches. Using it as a standard, find the Guanyuan point four fingers below the navel. Drop a small amount of lavender essential oil into boiling water, then wet the towel, dry it slightly, and apply hot towel to Guanyuan acupoint. After the temperature of the towel drops, wet, dry, and apply hot towel again. Repeat this process for 10 minutes.

5. Lightly press the Hegu point. If you close your ring finger and thumb, you can see a protruding muscle. The highest point of this protruding muscle is the Hegu point. Whenever you have time every day, use the thumb of one hand to gently press the Hegu point on the other hand. Press lightly each time, hold for about 5 seconds, release, and repeat. Repeat this process for 3 minutes.

Why does my period hurt?

1. Abnormal position of the uterus: Low back pain is caused by the extension, retroflexion, or prolapse of the uterus. There is no specific treatment for this type of low back pain, but correcting uterine prolapse and changing posture can alleviate the symptoms.

2. Pelvic tumors: Patients with uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, and ovarian cysts may experience low back pain due to tumor compression of nerves or tumor cells invading the pelvic connective tissue. This type of patient often has extensive abdominal pain when experiencing low back pain, and medication is often ineffective.

3. Internal injury factors: Too many pregnancies, frequent abortions and sexual intercourse between couples can all cause kidney damage and lead to low back pain.

4. Lumbar muscle strain: Excessive fatigue, abnormal standing and sitting postures, and tight binding can all cause lumbar muscle strain and lead to low back pain. Therefore, such patients should pay attention to arrange their time reasonably and move their waist frequently so that the waist muscles can be fully stretched.
