Is the maternity leave one day or half a day?

Pregnant female workers undergo pregnancy checkups during their working hours, and the time required will be recorded in their working hours. This regulation does not yet make any requirements on the time and frequency of pregnancy checkups. As long as it is a normal and necessary pregnancy checkup, it should be recorded in the working hours.

The actual time and calculation method are as follows:

During the first to sixth months of pregnancy, you can enjoy one day of maternity leave each month to confirm your pregnancy and receive health training, etc.

During the 6th and 7th months of pregnancy, you can enjoy 1 day of maternity leave each month;

In the 8th month of pregnancy, you can enjoy 2 days of maternity leave every month;

If the pregnancy is more than 9 months, the woman can enjoy 4 days of prenatal check-up leave each month, but 2 of them are included in the pre-maternity leave.

What should women pay attention to during pregnancy

1. Pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene in the early stages of pregnancy. During pregnancy, women's secretions increase and the vulva is easily infected by bacteria. It is necessary to clean it frequently, take a bath frequently, and change underwear frequently.

2. Pay attention to moderate work and exercise in the early stages of pregnancy. But the strength should not be too high, avoid excessive exercise and avoid trauma.

3. Pay attention to necessary nutrients in early pregnancy. The ingredients should be diverse and very easy to digest and absorb.

4. Pay attention to your clothing during early pregnancy. Clothes should be soft and loose, without tight pants or high heels.

5. Regular prenatal checkups should be done in the early stages of pregnancy to help you understand the fetal position and the baby's development status immediately. Check once a month within 7 months of pregnancy; during 8-9 months, check once every ten days; in the last month, check once a week. In case of special circumstances, you should go to the hospital for examination anytime and anywhere.
