Candidal urethritis: also known as "urethral trichomoniasis", the specific clinical manifestations are persistent vaginitis, increased female secretions, which are serous or purulent, relatively thin, and contain small foam plastics, fishy smell, light green; there is pain during sexual intercourse; sometimes accompanied by symptoms such as difficulty urinating and vulvar itching.
