How terrible is menopausal women

Have you heard of menopause? Do you think menopause is a long way off for you? However, time flies and the laws of nature are hard to resist, and menopause will still come as scheduled. Therefore, whether you are young or old now, you should pay attention to this issue in advance.

Female menopausal syndrome refers to a group of syndromes caused by fluctuations or decreases in female hormones before and after menopause, dominated by independent central nervous system neurological disorders and accompanied by neuropsychological symptoms. Most cases occur between the ages of 45 and 55. 90% of women may experience mild or severe symptoms. For many people, symptoms begin to appear during the menopausal buffer period and last until 2 to 3 years after menopause. For a few people, symptoms may not subside until 5 to 10 years after menopause.

6 main manifestations of female menopausal syndrome

1. Menstrual disorders

The most common and prominent symptom of female menopause is menstrual disorder. After women reach menopause, their menstrual periods are often delayed, sometimes only once every few months, and the amount of menstruation also gradually decreases. When estrogen levels drop and can no longer cause changes in the uterine wall, menstruation stops, which is called menopause.

2. Neurological and mental illness

Some female friends will experience significant fluctuations in blood pressure after entering menopause; the vast majority of menopausal women may have symptoms of menopausal syndrome such as bad temper, irritability, temperament changes, and memory loss.

3. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and lipid metabolism disorders

Many female friends often develop cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and lipid metabolism disorders during menopause, and may even develop serious diseases such as coronary heart disease and diabetes.

4. Dry or itchy skin

Hormone changes can cause dry skin and excessive skin sensitivity or irritation.

5. Wrinkle lifting

Growth hormone changes can cause skin sagging, loss of elasticity, and softening of the skin. The eyes, cheeks, and mouth are most prone to wrinkles.

6. Feeling sad and wanting to cry

Ovarian dysfunction and hormonal changes can cause mood swings and more uncomfortable psychological feelings.
