Female menopausal syndrome refers to a group of syndromes caused by fluctuations or decreases in female hormones before and after menopause, dominated by independent central nervous system neurological disorders and accompanied by neuropsychological symptoms. Most cases occur between the ages of 45 and 55. 90% of women may experience mild or severe symptoms. For many people, symptoms begin to appear during the menopausal buffer period and last until 2 to 3 years after menopause. For a few people, symptoms may not subside until 5 to 10 years after menopause.

The most common and prominent symptom of female menopause is menstrual disorder. After women reach menopause, their menstrual periods are often delayed, sometimes only once every few months, and the amount of menstruation also gradually decreases. When estrogen levels drop and can no longer cause changes in the uterine wall, menstruation stops, which is called menopause.

5. Wrinkle lifting
