Why is it difficult to get pregnant after taking contraception for a long time?

In the eyes of many people, getting married and having children is a natural thing, but when you really reach a certain age, you will find that there are not many couples around you who have been married for many years but still have no children, and who rush to the hospital all day long.

According to a data survey report, 20 years ago, the proportion of infertility among the reproductive age group in my country was only 3%. Nowadays, the proportion of infertility in the marriageable age group has soared to 12.5%~15%. In other words, one out of every 10 couples around us will have difficulty in having children, and the trend is increasing every year.

Why is it difficult to get pregnant after taking contraceptive measures for a long time?

If you do not take emergency contraception frequently during the pregnancy preparation process, it will not cause infertility in the future. Since emergency contraception is artificial, the increase in estrogen will cause women to experience menstrual irregularities and endocrine imbalance, which will have a certain impact on future pregnancies.

The causes of infertility are divided into male infertility and female infertility. The common causes of male infertility are abnormalities in male reproductive organs, endocrine abnormalities, erectile dysfunction, air pollution, etc. So what are the causes of female infertility?

1. Bilateral tubal infertility

Among women with infertility, fallopian tube disease is an important cause. The proportion of modern women suffering from fallopian tube obstruction, uterine ectopic disease and other diseases is getting higher and higher. These diseases make it impossible for the egg cells to be discharged normally and unable to combine with the sperm to form a sperm-egg combination.

2. Not using contraceptive methods properly

With the opening up of sex to the outside world, cohabitation before marriage has become very common. Some girls do not know how to protect themselves, or mistakenly believe that the safe period of menstruation must be very safe, and do not use any contraceptive methods at all. After an unexpected pregnancy, they have to go to the hospital for an abortion. Abortion is very harmful to the uterus. It will soften the endometrium, causing the sperm and egg to combine and lack the conditions for embryo implantation, resulting in infertility. So girls, no matter how much you love your lover, you must use contraceptive methods before you are ready to have a baby!

3. Ovulation disorders

Ovulation disorders are a common cause of infertility in women, accounting for approximately 20% to 25%. If your menstrual cycle is irregular, shorter than 26 days or longer than 32 days, it is a sign of abnormal ovulation.

4. Irregular work and rest schedule

Nowadays, infertility tends to occur at a younger age, which is closely related to changes in people's lifestyles. Many young people have irregular work and rest schedules and like to stay up late often. Over time, this causes problems with their body functions and affects normal pregnancy.

5. Air Pollution

We have to admit that the current natural environment is indeed incomparable to the previous natural environment. The air pollution caused by modernization, from diet to the air we breathe, will affect today's humans. The proportion of women with irregular menstruation and ovulation disorders is also increasing significantly.
