Small red blood spots on the female arm

Capillaries are distributed in every part of our body. If you find some red spots on your arms, similar to snow spots, this is mainly due to the rupture of the capillaries in the lower layer of your arms. If you stay in a relatively dry environment for a long time and your skin is dehydrated, this will cause this kind of situation. You must apply ointment in time to treat it, otherwise skin spots will occur, which is difficult to treat. In daily life, try not to do physical labor and pay attention to maintenance.

If you look carefully, you can see many bright red blood vessels on the skin, like strands of green threads. Many women who pursue beauty are often troubled by their red faces, but many people may not know that red bloodshot will not only affect your appearance, but also your physical and mental health, seriously affecting the skin's absorption of nutrients. In the long run, it will cause insufficient supply of nutrients to the skin, leading to symptoms of roughness, dryness and premature aging. In the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, it is called "red face", and its cause is summarized as fire accumulation in the heart meridian and poor blood circulation.

Blood vessels are spread throughout the internal organs of the body and are divided into aortas, veins and capillaries. Ultramicroscopic arteries, veins, and capillaries are distributed throughout the skin and mucous membranes. Capillary dilation refers to the flocculent, star-shaped, or spider-web-like changes in these blood vessels on the surface of the skin or mucous membranes. The disease is red, does not fade after being compressed, may be single or multiple, develop slowly, or have no significant expansion after occurrence, may be limited to a certain position, or may be more widespread, may be a local change, or may be a special expression of some diseases. Most of them cannot disappear on their own, which has a negative impact on skin care. Capillary dilatation can be primary, such as vascular nevus, hereditary capillary dilatation, etc. It can also be secondary to diseases such as scleroderma and rosacea.

Capillary congenital malformation means that the capillary walls are fundamentally weak and cannot even close. The disease usually occurs at birth or shortly after birth on the face, neck, back of the head, and hair. It can be unilateral and released, or bilateral and multiple. At first, there is a dark red or dark red, or dark purple lesion of varying sizes on the skin or mucous membrane, ranging from the size of a needle tip to the entire body or half of the body. After crying and making a fuss, the color becomes darker, with clear boundaries and different shapes, not higher than the skin, and some are higher. After being compressed, part or all of the color fades, and the surface is smooth. As people age, children or young adults may have symptoms or lumpy lesions, mostly in the calves and feet, which may appear as painful purple lumps and plaques that may ulcerate.
