Girls' lower abdomen hurts when they exert force

Many women experience lower abdominal pain during their menstrual period, which is mainly caused by menstrual pain. Some women also experience lower abdominal pain even when they are not in their menstrual period. When this kind of situation occurs, you need to go to the hospital for examination immediately to find out whether it is caused by gynecological disease or other reasons. So what are the reasons for girls' lower abdominal pain?

1. Ovulation abdominal pain

During the ovulation period of puberty, the egg will break open and the egg fluid will have a certain stimulating effect on the parents, so there will be alternating up and down, mild abdominal pain symptoms once a month. It is a physiological abdominal pain, which is manifested as unilateral lower abdominal pain, dull pain or heavy pain. Some women also have a small amount of vaginal bleeding.

2. Menstrual pain

In recent times, I often experience abdominal pain, which is actually dysmenorrhea. There are two main types of dysmenorrhea: primary and secondary. Primary dysmenorrhea is more common in adolescent girls and is related to the body's prostacyclin level, psychological disorders, cold, etc.; secondary dysmenorrhea is mainly caused by endometriosis or adenomyosis. Symptoms include gradually increasing pain, which usually occurs regularly, and there is also dull pain in the lower abdomen during non-menstrual periods.

3. Ovarian Corpus Luteum Dehiscence

If the corpus luteum of the ovary ruptures, abdominal pain will occur. This is caused by the rupture of multiple progesterone capillaries. It is usually accompanied by sudden onset of lower abdominal or unilateral abdominal pain. In severe cases, shock symptoms may occur. Most cases of corpus luteum rupture occur between the 20th and 26th day of the menstrual cycle. When the disease occurs, there will be lower abdominal pain, and there will be hematoma and swelling of the uterus and ovary before the rupture. The uterus and ovaries are easily affected by external or indirect external forces, such as strenuous activity, straining during defecation, etc., especially during premenstrual hematoma, which can easily lead to ovarian corpus luteum rupture.

4. Uterine and ovarian diseases

After suffering from diseases such as chocolate cysts, you will experience abdominal pain during menstruation. If not treated in time, the pain will become more and more severe, and may even be accompanied by complications such as irregular menstruation and infertility.

5. Uterine mucus disease

Lower abdominal pain may be caused by uterine diseases, such as endometritis, adenomyosis, uterine fibroid pedicle torsion and other diseases, which may cause varying degrees of lower abdominal pain, and may also be accompanied by side effects such as increased female secretions and lower abdominal distension and pain.
