Every girl's body undergoes some changes before her period. For example, it is easy to get upset, and breast swelling and pain may also occur. Most of these symptoms disappear when the menstrual period comes and generally do not pose a threat to our body. Next, let’s look at the symptoms that girls experience before their menstruation.

1. Many women will experience severe edema in the first few days before their menarche. The common symptoms are swelling of the hands, feet and eyelids. Some women may even experience breast pain and abdominal distension, and even an increase in weight.

2. Premenstrual headache: This type of headache is more obvious. The headache symptoms appear a few days before menstruation and are accompanied by nausea, vomiting and even vomiting. It is persistent or comes and goes, and may be related to intermittent cerebral edema. If women confuse it with menstrual migraine, the latter is usually unilateral and lasts for many hours with the risk of dizziness.

3. Pelvic pain: A few days before women's menarche, many women will experience pelvic pain and lumbar pain. In fact, there is no need to worry. After the menstrual period is over, this kind of pain will gradually subside. In fact, this kind of situation is mainly related to prostaglandin function and pelvic tissue edema and hematoma.

4. Breast pain Many women have experienced this condition a few days before their menarche. Many women experience breast enlargement, swelling and pain. Mainly focus on the edges of the breasts and the nipples. It may even affect their armpits and shoulders, and affect their normal sleep. When you touch it with thin, there is no localized lump feeling, and this phenomenon will completely disappear after the menstrual period is over.

5. There are big changes in mentality, which often manifest as anxiety. The mentality will fluctuate with external factors. It is easy to have a manic mentality. Some simple trivialities will cause quarrels, crying and making trouble, and cannot be controlled. However, there is also an opposite situation, that is, depression, indifference, solitary living, unwillingness to get along with others and participate in social activities, and sometimes even mental disorders.
