How to wash the menstrual blood on the bed sheets

4. Clean with toothpaste

Wash all the sheets in cold water, then apply whitening toothpaste on the blood stains, and wash them repeatedly by hand. The blood stains can be easily cleaned without causing any damage or harm to the sheets.

When washing menstrual blood on clothes, be careful not to use boiling water, because menstrual blood contains protein, which will coagulate when heated, and the dirty marks cannot be washed away.
