The harm of low skeletal muscle in girls

From a clinical medical point of view, skeletal muscle hypoplasia is a common disease. If it is not treated properly, it will cause many harms and seriously endanger the patient's health. Therefore, it must be taken seriously. So, what are the harms of low skeletal muscle? Let’s learn about it together below.

1. Low skeletal muscle damage

1. The body ages quickly, the metabolic rate slows down, the skin becomes loose, body fat is easily deposited, the resistance and immunity are low, the muscle endurance, and the key parts of the body are relatively weak and prone to fatigue.

2. The intervertebral disc and cervical vertebrae cannot be protected, and the probability of suffering from lumbar muscle strain and shoulder muscle strain is very high. The body posture is mainly manifested as hunchback, hunchback, and winged scapula, which compress the abducens nerve and blood vessels. Middle-aged and elderly people are prone to osteoporosis and are very prone to fractures.

2. Muscle structure and shape

There are many muscles in the human body, but their basic structure is similar. A typical muscle can be divided into the middle belly and the tendons on both sides. The venter is the main part of the muscle, composed of bundles of striated muscle fibers, red in color, soft and able to contract. The tendon tendo is in the shape of a cord or flat ribbon, composed of bundles of parallel fiber cells, white in color and shiny, but without the ability to contract. The tendon is adhered to the bone and firmly woven together with the periosteum. The belly and tendon of the broad muscle are both membranous, and the tendon is called aponeurosis. The surface of the muscle belly is covered with a connective tissue membrane and is connected to tendon tissue on both sides.

3. Muscle naming standards

Muscles can be named according to their shape, size, location, origin and insertion, fiber orientation, and function. Some are named according to their shapes, such as the trapezius, rhomboids, deltoids, and piriformis; some are named according to their positions, such as the subscapularis, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, and brachialis; some are named comprehensively based on their positions and sizes, such as the pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, and gluteus maximus; some are named according to their origins and insertions, such as the sternocleidomastoid and omohyoid muscles; some are named comprehensively based on the orientation and location of their fibers, such as the external oblique muscles and external intercostal muscles; some are named according to their functions, such as the supinator and masticatory muscles.
