Pain on the right side of the lower abdomen during menstruation

Pain on the right side of the lower abdomen during menstruation

If a woman experiences pain on the right side of her lower abdomen during each menstrual period, and the pain becomes more severe, she should often consider the possibility of a chocolate cyst on the right side of the uterus and ovary. Since chocolate cysts are caused by endometriosis to the uterus and ovaries, and regular growth, shrinkage and necrosis, chocolate cysts will also undergo necrosis during menstruation, causing significant pain. If a woman has had no abnormalities in her menstrual period in the past, but suddenly experiences pain on the right side of her lower abdomen during her menstrual period, then she should consider the possibility of appendicitis or adnexitis.

If women experience lower abdominal pain during menstruation, it is a common symptom of many gynecological diseases, among which the main symptoms are pain in the lower right abdomen, dull pain in the lower abdomen, or pain in the sacrum, and it is often accompanied by lumbar pain. The cause may be related to menstrual irregularities, such as menstrual pain. In fact, there are many reasons for menstrual pain, such as excessive exercise during menstruation, cold and dampness, which can easily cause menstrual pain.

The onset of lower abdominal distension and pain varies in severity and gradually worsens. It is often seen in inflammation of the reproductive organs, such as adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and malignant tumors, which can all cause severe lower abdominal pain. If sudden subacute lower abdominal distension and pain occurs, it should be considered that it is ovarian cyst pedicle torsion, ovarian cyst rupture, ectopic pregnancy rupture, etc. If it is pain in the right lower abdomen, it is often considered to be caused by uterine disease or pelvic peritonitis, as well as ovarian cysts, which cause the characteristics of pain in the right lower abdomen. If it is dull pain, it is generally caused by inflammation. If it is recurring pain, it should be considered as advanced cancer.

If tearing pain occurs, it is often caused by ectopic pregnancy or uterine rupture. Menstrual pain during menstruation may be caused by ovulation pain, delayed menstrual pain or uterine wall movement. For the lower abdominal pain caused by this disease, it is necessary to find out the cause. After finding out the cause, carry out corresponding treatment under the guidance of the doctor. If it is an organic disease, surgical treatment must be adopted immediately.
