In daily life, when most women suffer from gynecological diseases, as long as there are no serious symptoms, they will not choose to seek treatment in time, but will repeatedly postpone the time of gynecological examination. In fact, this is very bad for the body. When the body shows the following types of signals, a gynecological examination is imperative. So, what are the basic knowledge of gynecology?

Menstrual pain

Many women are troubled by menstrual pain, but few people take it seriously. As they know, menstrual pain is mostly caused by symptoms. Women's menstrual pain can be caused by gynecological problems such as endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease. When menstrual pain occurs, the pain often extends to the anus, so it must be checked as soon as possible. In addition, some anxiety, restlessness, cold, overwork, etc. can aggravate menstrual pain.

Irregular menstruation

The main manifestations are abnormalities in bleeding, physiological cycle and menstrual time. The average menstrual cycle is 28 days, but due to individual differences, 21-36 days are generally within the normal range. Some women have their period once every three months, but the menstrual period is regular, so there is no need to worry too much. The menstrual bleeding of women is generally 50mL. If the menstrual flow is small, or the newly changed sanitary napkin is immediately wet, the menstruation is thin, and it is pink or dark brown, it is all irregular menstruation, and the menstrual period can vary from 2 to 8 days.

If you have irregular menstruation for a long time, you should go to the hospital for a gynecological examination in time. It can be caused by a variety of symptoms such as endocrine imbalance, reproductive system infection, uterine and ovarian tumors, uterine fibroids, etc.

Itching and rash

The itching area extends beyond the clitoris, labia, and vagina, and sometimes may also involve the labia majora, perineum, and even around the anus. Trichomonas fungi and bacteria can all cause vulvar itching. Vulva redness, swelling, itching, can be caused by vulvar dermatitis, the irritation source can be anything, shower gel, fiber underwear, improper cleaning and so on.

The rash may be a sign of lichen sclerosus or herpes. At this time, you must not have sexual intercourse and should see a doctor immediately. If a pregnant woman has severe herpes, she must seek medical treatment immediately because it may cause infection to the fetus during delivery.

Abnormal vaginal discharge

Normal leucorrhea is colorless and odorless, mostly transparent or bright white. Changes in secretions may be the beginning of the disease. The main causes of abnormal leucorrhea include reproductive system inflammation, such as candidal vaginitis, candidal vaginitis, gonorrhea, endometritis, tumors, etc. Paying attention to changes in secretions can help detect symptoms and provide treatment as early as possible.
