Where is the pubic bone?

Where is the pubic bone? The toe bone is the bone between a woman's thigh and private parts. When lying flat, the most prominent bone in the private parts is the bone. It is actually made up of two bones. It is normal to have pubic pain during pregnancy! During this period, pregnant women need to increase their nutrition and walk more.

If it is in the late pregnancy, toe pain is normal physiological pain, usually caused by the fetus growing bigger and the increased weight borne by the toes, especially when changing posture, the pain is more sensitive. The way to reduce the pressure is that pregnant women should exercise moderately and pay attention to calcium and zinc supplementation. They also need to pay attention to their daily life, such as not sitting astride, avoiding dressing while standing, putting a pillow between their legs when sleeping at night, and moving slowly when turning over.

During pregnancy, especially before giving birth, due to the influence of endocrine factors, the sacroiliac joint, ischial tuberosity cartilage and cruciate ligament become soft, resulting in sacroiliac joint displacement after childbirth, and the ischial tuberosity surface cannot be restored to its normal position. The patient lies on her side, and the patient stands on the affected limb. The sacroiliac and waist and buttocks are treated with the Gun method, and the acupoints such as Ba Liao, Huantiao, Dachangshu, Guanyuanshu, etc. are pressed and rubbed, as well as the general exercises of lower limb extension. The technique should be gentle.

Many mothers who have given birth suffer from the pain of sciatic tuberosity separation. The reason may be that there were problems with the pelvis, toes and other joints before pregnancy. Before pregnancy, they would have pubic pain or back pain, and pelvic fractures and hip dislocations caused by trauma.

Treatment of sciatic tuberosity separation pain:

1. Rest in bed.

2. Use analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs.

3. Wear a pelvic repair belt.

4. Use chiropractic and bone-setting techniques to correct the condition.

You may experience pubic pain or back pain during pregnancy, or pain after giving birth due to separation of the ischial tuberosity and abnormal pelvic alignment. You can massage the painful points, exercise to stretch the ankles properly, rest more, avoid lifting objects, avoid wearing hard-soled shoes or high-heeled shoes to prevent the center of gravity from increasing pain. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for an X-ray of the bones and pelvis, check the condition of the toes, and determine treatment.
