Mild bleeding during 11 weeks of pregnancy

Mild bleeding during 11 weeks of pregnancy

If vaginal bleeding occurs during the eleventh week of pregnancy, it is often related to the following factors: First, excessive fatigue leads to symptoms of threatened abortion, causing separation between the endometrium and the gestational sac, resulting in bleeding, which is often accompanied by lower abdominal pain in clinical practice. Second, the test tube embryo has stopped growing and developing. This situation usually also causes vaginal bleeding, which can be diagnosed by combining B-ultrasound. Third, vaginal bleeding is often caused by inflammation in the vagina, which can also cause bleeding. Because there is inflammation in the vagina, blood spots will appear on the mucosa, causing the capillaries to rupture, thus causing bleeding. It is recommended to conduct a clinical medical examination of leucorrhea for further diagnosis.

If bleeding occurs during the eleventh week of pregnancy, it is closely related to sexual life. If there is a history of sexual intercourse or a history of clinical trauma, it may also cause symptoms of threatened abortion and cause vaginal bleeding.

At eleven weeks of pregnancy, it is still the early stages of pregnancy. If vaginal bleeding occurs at this time, the possibility of threatened abortion should be considered. Threatened miscarriage is more common in pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy. For most pregnant women, the symptoms can be gradually alleviated after a certain period of fetal maintenance. For vaginal bleeding in the eleventh week of pregnancy, a color Doppler ultrasound examination is required to confirm whether it is a live fetus in the uterine cavity. Due to various factors such as air pollution, the incidence of embryonic arrest is relatively high, so the fetal heartbeat must be followed up.

If the fetal heartbeat continues to exist and it is confirmed to be a live fetus in the uterine cavity, appropriate tocolytic treatment can be given. Vaginal bleeding is also related to cervical inflammation or disease. It may be caused by cervical polyps, cervical precancerous lesions, or even cervical cancer. It can be distinguished through corresponding gynecological examinations.
