Newly developed breasts

Newly developed breasts

For most girls, secondary physical characteristics begin to appear when they reach their teenage years, the most obvious of which is enlarged breasts. The areola will also appear, begin to darken in color, and bulge out. Some little girls think this is a very shameful thing and hide it, which causes poor development. This behavior is wrong. When your breasts are just developing, you must wear comfortable underwear and not wear underwear that is too tight to prevent blood flow obstruction and affect development.

1. There are great individual differences in breast development among girls. Some girls begin to develop breasts when they are only 8 or 9 years old, while some girls do not begin to develop breasts until they are 16 years old or older. Most girls begin to develop breasts before their first menstrual period, around 9 to 14 years old. When the breasts are just beginning to develop, the mammary glands that make up the breasts and the surrounding fat tissue form a small, button-like bulge over the nipple and the areola that surrounds it, causing the nipple and areola to bulge and the nipple to begin to grow larger. The nipple then becomes more prominent, gradually becomes fuller, and finally develops into the shape of an adult breast. The rate at which breasts develop also varies from person to person. Some girls start developing breasts later but develop faster, while some girls develop breasts earlier but develop more slowly.

2. Girls whose breasts develop early are often embarrassed about it and try to hide their breast protrusions deliberately, such as lowering their heads and hunching their chests when walking, or wearing tight clothes to bind their breasts, which restricts the normal development of the breasts and thorax. Breast binding will compress the breasts and nipples, causing breast hypoplasia, which will cause difficulties in lactation and breastfeeding in the future and can also easily cause breast diseases. In fact, girls who develop breasts early and have larger breasts are also affected by many factors. Some girls are fatter, so their breasts appear fuller, while some develop larger breasts due to genetic factors, nutritional conditions, climate, etc. However, breast development usually stops after a certain age. Large breasts do not have any adverse effects on the body, nor do they reflect a person's ideology, morality, and consciousness, so there is no need to worry about breast development.

3. Some girls are worried and uneasy because their breasts have not started to develop or are small. More sensitive girls may easily find that their breasts are not as full as those of some of their peers in public bathrooms or during group activities. They may doubt whether their breast development is normal, and may also worry about whether it will affect their fertility in the future.

4. The size of breast development is affected not only by hormones, but also by genetics, environmental factors, nutritional conditions, body fatness, physical exercise and other factors. Small breasts may also be related to the early or late development. In fact, as long as the development of reproductive organs and menstruation are normal, it will not affect the breastfeeding function and fertility in adulthood. Generally speaking, the early or late start of breast development does not affect the speed of future development, nor does it affect the size and shape of the breasts in adulthood, so there is no need to worry about late development or small breasts. Of course, if the breasts have not started to develop for a long time after menarche, it is necessary to go to the hospital for a check-up and ask the doctor to diagnose whether it is physiological or pathological so that countermeasures can be taken.
