1. Morning time

2. Ten o'clock

Nowadays, many women still stick to their jobs even when they are pregnant. After sitting in the office for a whole morning, they can drink a glass of water at ten o'clock to replenish water and get rid of sleepiness. Nowadays, most jobs require long sitting, which will hurt the waist. If they do not replenish water in time, it will damage their kidney function and make the baby in their belly suffer. Therefore, pregnant mothers should remember to replenish water at ten o'clock, and it is best to drink a glass of water before leaving the office every time they get off work.

3. Thirty minutes after the main course

Drinking water immediately after a meal will dilute gastric acid, weaken the activity of proteases, and be unfavorable for digestion. Therefore, pregnant women are advised to drink water 30 minutes after meals. Do not drink too much at one time, but drink small amounts multiple times. Especially for pregnant women who have a salty lunch, do not drink sugary drinks immediately. It is best to drink boiled water.

4. After taking a bath

Usually after taking a bath, you will feel dry mouth. Many people will choose to drink a glass of water in one gulp. This is not the right way to drink more water, especially for pregnant mothers, it is best to drink slowly and don't drink too quickly at one time.

5. After staying in the central air-conditioned room for 30 minutes

It is obviously impossible to prevent pregnant women from staying in the air-conditioned room in the hot summer and the cold winter. Both cooling and heating air conditioners are too dry, so pregnant women must pay attention to moisturizing in the air-conditioned room, especially after half an hour, they must replenish warm boiled water or lemon juice. Even in the hottest days of summer, they cannot drink cold water, and warm boiled water is the main thing.
