How to calculate ovulation period most accurately

Ovulation is a phenomenon that occurs when women reach childbearing age. Normal pregnant women will discharge at least one egg cell every month. As long as women have their periods, they will have normal ovulation periods, which are often regular and can usually be observed. For women of childbearing age, if they want to have a baby quickly, they must do a good job of calculation. So, how to calculate the ovulation period most accurately?

1. Cervical mucus method

After the menstrual period is over, the cervical mucus is relatively thick. At this time, the amount is relatively small, or even there is no mucus. This stage is mostly called the dry period, which is the ovulation period. The endocrine growth hormone in women's bodies will change with the menstrual cycle, and the mucus will gradually increase and become thinner in the middle and late stages. Women's secretions gradually increase, and this is the wet period. If it is close to the ovulation period, women's vaginal discharge will become clearer, usually moist and quite elastic, very similar to egg white, with a high degree of wire drawing. The last 48 hours of the day when mucus appears is usually the ovulation period, which is often called the fertile period for women.

2. Ovulation test paper

Ovulation test strips can determine whether ovulation occurs by testing the progesterone level. 1-2 days before ovulation, the progesterone level in a woman's urine reaches a peak. Once the ovulation test strip is used, the result will show a positive result. For those with a more regular menstrual cycle, the measurement should be based on the 14 days before the period plus three days before and after the period. Most cases require continuous measurement for six days.

3. Spot bleeding method

Once the egg is discharged from the uterus and ovary, it will tear the wall of the uterus and ovary, causing partial bleeding. If it is a small amount of blood, it will basically be digested and absorbed in the abdomen. A very small number of women bleed heavily, especially when the blood flows through the uterus to the outside of the body, leaving small stains on the underwear. Many people call it the micromenstrual period.
