Brown discharge from vagina

Brown discharge from vagina

There are more and more female friends suffering from gynecological diseases. Every day there are long queues of people waiting for examination in the hospital. Nowadays, people’s life has improved, and many female friends do not pay attention to their diet, which eventually leads to abnormal leucorrhea. The topic I want to talk about today is what causes the discharge of brown substances from below, a symptom that many female friends may have.

What is the reason for the dark brown discharge from below?

Dark brown discharge from a woman's private parts is abnormal. Gynecological diseases that cause brown leucorrhea often include vaginitis and cervicitis. Irregular menstruation is a symptom of many gynecological diseases. It is best to go to the hospital for a leucorrhea examination to avoid delaying the best treatment time. A gynecologist at Chengdu Victoria's Secret Women's Hospital said: Normal leucorrhea is transparent and odorless. If your leucorrhea is brown and thick, it is usually a sign of gynecological inflammation, which may be caused by vaginitis or cervicitis. It is recommended to have a leucorrhea examination.

How to check the cleanliness below

1. Grade I is dominated by vaginal bacilli, and many squamous epithelial cells can be seen;

2. Grade II has some vaginal bacilli, squamous epithelial cells, some pus balls and fungi;

3. Grade III: small amount of vaginal bacilli and squamous epithelial cells, but many pus balls and other fungi;

4. There are no vaginal bacilli under the IV degree microscope, and there are basically pus balls and many fungi.

Cleanliness levels Ⅰ to Ⅱ are normal, Ⅲ to Ⅳ are abnormal, most of which may be vaginitis. In addition, pathogens such as bacteria, fungi or Trichomonas can often be found. When the ovaries are insufficient and the estrogen level is low, the epithelial cells in the vagina proliferate weakly, the glycogen level is low, and there are fewer vaginal lactobacilli, making it easy to be infected by fungi, which can also make the cleanliness of leucorrhea worse.

Female friends should have an effective diet, do moderate exercise, stay up late less and play less electronic devices. Don't overeat or go to bed right after a meal. It is recommended that female friends pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene and change their underwear every day. If the leucorrhea is abnormal and serious, female friends are advised to go to a reliable tertiary hospital for examination.
