1. The sexual life of the couple should be controlled. A couple's married life refers to their normal food, clothing, housing and transportation after marriage. But when your wife is pregnant, how you conduct your sexual life is something that should be taken seriously. In order to ensure the health of the fetus, sexual intercourse should be avoided during the first three months of pregnancy.

2. This condition requires medical attention. For pregnant women, the most dangerous things in the early stages of pregnancy are ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage. When these two situations occur, pregnant women will experience abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. Therefore, if pregnant women find abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding, they need to see a doctor immediately.

3. Take folic acid tablets to prevent fetal malformations. The first three months of pregnancy is a critical period for the development of fetal neural tube defects. Therefore, pregnant mothers should avoid various adverse factors, such as alcoholic and tobacco environments, harmful chemicals, newly renovated houses, air-smothering environments, etc., and enhance their immunity to avoid viral infections, and do not take therapeutic drugs without authorization.

In order to prevent fetal malformations, pregnant women need to take folic acid tablets from the early stages of pregnancy (preferably from the beginning of planned pregnancy). Foods containing folic acid include red amaranth, broccoli, lettuce, wild rice stem, legumes, yeast, small animal liver, apples, citrus fruits, etc.

4. Be careful of radiation sources. In daily life, we are still unable to tell what radiation sources will affect the fetus. Therefore, experts still recommend that pregnant women wear anti-radiation clothing, stay away from the TV when watching TV series, stay away from the microwave when in use, and do not hang the mobile phone on the chest.

5. Pay attention to rest. In the early stages of pregnancy, pregnant women are prone to fatigue and therefore need adequate rest. Excessive fatigue can easily lead to miscarriage in pregnant women, especially those older mothers, those with a history of miscarriage, and those suffering from some chronic diseases, who need to pay special attention to rest. In the early stages of pregnancy, you should avoid excessive fatigue, excessive exercise and emotional excitement, and try to maintain a stable mental state.
