Why do women have back pain when they wake up from sleep?

If women wake up with back pain, it may be caused by lumbar muscle myofasciitis or lumbar muscle strain.

Due to long-term incorrect posture, cold stimulation, and partial damage can cause muscle damage. In the late stage of muscle strain, lumbar myofasciitis and lumbar muscle strain can occur.

At the beginning, it is all aseptic inflammation. When the damage occurs, local edema, extravasation or adhesion will occur, and severe cases will cause the formation of linear lumps.

The treatment methods are different according to the clinical symptoms. For patients with mild illness, acupuncture therapy, massage, hot compress, etc. can be used. If the patient is more serious, some closed treatment may be required.

In addition, you should also see if the pain radiates to the lower limbs or causes numbness. If so, you should suspect whether you have lumbar disc herniation.

Some people may also have lower back pain in the morning, which may be due to gynecological diseases. For example, uterine fibroids, chronic adnexitis, etc., and the main manifestations are aggravated after menarche or fatigue. Adnexitis can be divided into acute and chronic. Although the symptoms are in different areas, they all manifest as low back pain. Pelvic inflammatory disease can also cause low back pain, which is more common in women of childbearing age, and can also cause lower abdominal pain and be accompanied by abnormal leucorrhea.

Usually we should pay attention to protecting our waist, do more exercises, don't sit for a long time, and try to get up and move around every once in a while. If you have long-term low back pain, it is better to seek medical treatment in time.
