Female lower back pain

There are many reasons for lower back pain. Lower back pain in women is related to many gynecological diseases. If you have lower back pain of unknown cause, it is best to go to the hospital for relevant examinations as soon as possible to understand the cause of the symptoms. After the symptoms of lower back pain occur due to unclear reasons, do not blindly choose treatment drugs, as this will aggravate the symptoms and delay treatment if the medicine is not used properly. Let's take a closer look at the reasons for lower back pain in women.

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecological disease. It is an inflammation of the pelvic tissue, such as chronic adnexitis and pelvic peritonitis. The irritation of the inflammation will cause pain in the waist, and there will also be symptoms such as leucorrhea with an odor, local itching or tingling, etc., which require careful identification.

2. The normal position of the uterus is the anterior extension and flexion position. If the uterus is posteriorly flexed and the position changes abnormally, the cruciate ligaments supporting the uterus will be stretched too much and the nerves will be compressed to a certain extent, causing low back pain. The most common one is uterine prolapse caused by abnormal uterine position.

3. Tumors in the pelvis, such as uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian tumors, etc. These diseases will cause the tumor to compress the nerves. Since the tumor cells will grow into the swollen body tissues, female patients often have low back pain, and the symptoms will also worsen with the expansion of the tumor.

4. After a woman becomes pregnant, the fetus will gradually grow larger, and the force supporting the waist will continue to increase. Long-term mechanical function will cause ligament relaxation, and the expanded uterine cavity will compress the nerves and blood vessels in the pelvis, causing low back pain to be more common. Multiple pregnancies or too many abortions, and not paying attention to the control of food, clothing, housing and transportation, will lead to kidney deficiency and cause low back pain.

The above is an introduction to the reasons why women suffer from back pain. There are many reasons that may cause women to suffer from back pain. In addition to the factors mentioned above, excessive fatigue during the postpartum period, catching a cold during menstruation or after childbirth, and urinary and reproductive system infections can also cause women to suffer from back pain. If the cause is unclear, do not abuse treatment methods. It is best to go to the hospital for diagnosis.
