1. Relieve breast pain

Generally speaking, breast pain during menstruation is mostly caused by obvious swelling and pain in the few days before menstruation, which will gradually ease and disappear with the arrival and end of menstruation.

It is recommended that female friends choose the method of hot compress to relieve the pain of breast pain. You can prepare a clean hot cotton towel and a basin of hot boiling water in advance, pour appropriate amount of salt into the boiling water, and then put the cotton towel into the boiling water.
