What gynecological diseases are prone to low back pain

Speaking of low back pain, everyone should be familiar with it in daily life. Low back pain refers to pain in the lumbar spine or the side of the spine. The clinical symptoms are continuous dull pain, dull pain, soreness and fatigue in the waist. If the symptoms are aggravated by overwork, low back pain is also a common disease for women, which also causes a lot of inconvenience to women's sexual life. In fact, there are many reasons for low back pain in daily life, not necessarily cervical vertebrae problems, so what gynecological diseases can cause low back pain in women?

1. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

This disease is the most common cause of low back pain in women. It is common for women to develop acute pelvic inflammation after cesarean section, ovarian cyst removal or appendicitis, which is caused by failure to receive timely treatment. It is characterized by three major symptoms: low back pain, intermittent pain in the lower abdomen, and excessive leucorrhea. Low back pain is caused by the increase of inflammatory exudate, which leads to pelvic adhesion, which seriously affects people's daily life and physical and mental health. Therefore, it is very important to ensure early diagnosis of diseases and early prevention of diseases.

2. Pelvic tumors

Common in middle-aged women. Common causes include uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, ovarian cysts, etc., which cause low back pain because the tumor compresses the nerves or the tumor cells invade the pelvic connective tissue. Extension of the tumor itself to the retroperitoneum can also cause low back pain.

3. Abnormal uterine position

The normal uterus is located in a slightly extended and flexed position, and the surrounding cruciate ligaments move easily. When the uterus is retroflexed or tilted, adhesions will form due to inflammation of the uterus and surrounding areas, causing tractional low back pain. This condition often occurs after frequent abortions, multiple births or other uterine surgeries. Uterine prolapse, slippage, or adhesion to the abdomen can stretch the cruciate ligament and cause low back pain. There is no specific treatment for this type of low back pain, but correcting uterine prolapse and changing posture can alleviate the symptoms.
