4. Choose appropriate leisure and fitness activities, avoid hot springs, swimming and strenuous exercise. You can also do appropriate exercise during menstruation, such as taking a walk. Do not do excessive exercise, which will aggravate lower abdominal pain, bloating and excessive blood volume during menstruation, and also affect endocrine. In addition, strenuous exercise during menstruation can also cause uterine prolapse.

5. Adjust your mood and don't work too hard to reduce the possibility of private inflammation. Pay attention to rest during menstruation, arrange work and rest time reasonably, and avoid physical labor. Also, you should pay attention to maintaining a happy mood. Emotional excitement, depression, anger, etc. can cause qi stagnation, which can lead to dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea.

6. Take care of yourself and avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation that may endanger the health of your private parts. Sexual intercourse must be prohibited during menstruation. During menstruation, the endometrium is exfoliated, and there are fresh wounds in the uterine cavity. Sexual intercourse may introduce bacteria and cause genital inflammation. It may also increase the amount of menstrual blood or prolong the menstrual period. In severe cases, it may even affect fertility.
