3. Choose foods that can promote gastrointestinal function. Eating more apples, honey, applesauce, malt syrup and other foods can promote gastrointestinal function and help defecation. You can drink some yogurt to relieve constipation.

4. Choose foods rich in vitamins. Such as small animal liver, egg yolks, soybeans, bean sprouts, lettuce, bamboo shoots, seaweed, walnut kernels, peanut kernels, etc.
