Four reasons for female anal swelling

There are many reasons for anal prolapse, but some people just think that it is caused by too hot a diet or constipation. In fact, the diseases hidden by anal prolapse cannot be ignored. Many people experience discomfort at the anus, but delay seeking medical attention, which worsens the condition. The feeling of falling at the anus will seriously affect your daily mood. In addition, what is more serious is that it is a signal of anorectal disease.

Four reasons for women's anal swelling

1. Malignant tumors of the anal canal and duodenum: Anal prolapse often occurs in the middle and late stages of the current medical history. Accompanied by frequent urge to defecate, anal prolapse or mucus in the stool, thin body, fatigue and drowsiness. Digital rectal examination may reveal a strong mass or tenderness in the anal canal or duodenum. There may also be thick blood on the fingertip with a foul odor. Tissue puncture biopsy can help confirm the diagnosis.

2. Duodenocele: Duodenocele refers to the folding of the proximal duodenal intestinal cell layer or simple mucosal layer into the distal intestinal tract or anal canal during defecation, not exceeding the edge of the anus, and persisting after the fecal stone is discharged. The symptoms of duodenal prolapse are more obvious such as time-consuming and labored defecation, anal prolapse, increased frequency of defecation, and continuous duodenal discharge. Other common symptoms include mucus and blood in the stool, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and abnormal urination.

3. Perianal abscess: The onset is acute and it is very easy to misdiagnose. Because some cysts are located deeper and the changes mostly occur in the area controlled by the autonomic nerves, the pain is often not obvious, and it mainly manifests as pain, pain or duodenal irritation, which will cause a feeling of falling at the anus.

4. Inflammation of the duodenum and anal sinus: Inflammation is one of the key causes of anal prolapse. The history of present illness varies in length. The main symptoms are frequent urge to defecate, increased pain during defecation, or radiating pain to the sacrum and coccyx causing soreness and pain, or thinner excrement, or containing a small amount of mucus and blood. During rectal examination, if it is proctitis, then it can be seen that the mucosa of the middle and lower duodenum is hematomatous and edematous, or there is a lot of secretions adhering, or there are ulcers and bleeding; if it is anal sinusitis, there will be hematoma at the diseased anal sinus opening, or a small amount of purulent secretions will overflow, and there will be a sore and swollen feeling when lightly pressed here.
