Meridians in traditional Chinese medicine affect the circulation of blood and qi in the body and the normal operation of each internal organ. Modern people are busy with work and have little time to exercise, which causes the meridians throughout the body to be blocked, especially the leg meridians. To put it bluntly, if they are thin, there is no pain, but if they hurt, they are blocked. If some qi and blood in the human body are blocked, the body will also send out signals. There are many meridians in the body, among which there are six very important meridians in the feet. So what are the symptoms if the meridians in the female thigh roots are blocked? There are six main leg meridians, namely the liver and gallbladder meridian on both sides of the legs, the liver and gallbladder meridian in the middle of the legs, the spleen meridian close to the inside, the liver meridian on the inside, the spleen meridian on the inside of the back foot, and the bladder meridian in the middle of the back foot. It is not difficult to see that the leg meridians are closely related to the health of the six important internal organs: liver, gallbladder, kidney, stomach, spleen and bladder. If the leg meridians are not smooth, the body will immediately show the following abnormal manifestations: First, limb numbness Because the leg meridians are blocked, the blood and qi flow in the feet are blocked, and the blood and qi cannot reach the feet, causing numbness in the feet. Second, foot pain The so-called pain means blockage. When the leg meridians are blocked, the most immediate manifestation is pain, especially when doing some vigorous physical activities, the pain will be more obvious, such as squatting, bending down, jumping, etc. Third, there are lumps on the feet The presence of a mass-like change inside the leg is also one of the main manifestations of blocked leg meridians. There are also hard lumps on the feet when you touch them with your hands, and you can even see them with your naked eyes. These lumps are prone to swelling and pain. Fourth, there is too much fat on the feet Blockage of one of the leg meridians will cause obesity in the thigh root, and the fat in the foot will be more prominent. Compared with other parts of the body, the legs look obviously fatter. Due to the poor blood circulation in the feet, fat cannot be consumed, resulting in excessive accumulation of fat in the feet, which will soon lead to sagging meat. 5. Thigh muscle atrophy Some patients with blocked leg meridians may also experience thigh muscle atrophy and weakness in both lower limbs. When this happens, it means that the blockage of the leg meridians has reached a serious level and requires timely intervention and treatment. |
