Unbearable pain during bowel movements

Unbearable pain during bowel movements

Menstrual pain, it seems that 8 out of 10 women can't escape it, so it's hard to pay attention to it and treat it. However, many women also have such a dull pain, that is, before and after the menstrual period, the anus is painful when defecating and the anus is contracted. So what is the reason for the pain during menstruation?

If you have unbearable anal pain before and after menstruation, be careful of endometriosis

Pain during defecation: usually occurs before or after menstruation. The patient feels unbearable pain when excrement passes through the duodenum, but does not feel it at other times. It is a typical symptom of endometriosis in the uterine duodenal fossa and around the duodenum. If a small amount of disordered endometrium reaches deep into the duodenal mucosa, there will be rectal bleeding during menstruation. Endometriosis closely surrounds the duodenum and causes stenosis, causing anal prolapse and obstruction, which is similar to cancer.

Under normal circumstances, the uterine wall covers the surface of the uterine tube. If, due to some factors, the uterine wall grows in other parts of the body, it can cause endometriosis. The symptoms and clinical signs of endometriosis vary with the location of the disordered endometrium and are closely related to the physiological cycle. Regular bleeding from the duodenum and bladder and painful bowel movements during menstruation should first be considered as endometriosis of the duodenum and bladder.

Endometriosis patients are often accompanied by infertility. There is still controversy about the logical relationship between infertility and endometriosis. Pelvic endometriosis can often cause adhesions around the bilateral fallopian tubes, affecting oocyte pickup or causing obstruction of the inferior vena cava. Or infertility may be caused by uterine and ovarian diseases affecting the normal development of ovulation. However, many people also believe that long-term infertility and the absence of a menstrual period can lead to the chance of endometriosis; once pregnancy occurs, the disordered endometrium is suppressed and shrinks.

Patients should avoid coffee, tea and other beverages in their diet, as these things will increase depression and irritability; they can drink barley tea or mint tea instead. Eat more liquid foods to replenish water, and avoid eating foods that are too hot or too cold or have large temperature changes.
