Causes of strong fetal movement

Causes of strong fetal movement

In the early and middle stages of pregnancy, pregnant women will feel the baby swaying in their belly, which is what we often call fetal movement. This shows that the fetus is already exercising in the mother's belly. However, different fetuses have different manifestations of fetal movement. Some fetuses have stronger fetal movements, but some are relatively quick and weaker.

In the late stages of pregnancy, pregnant women will not only feel that their abdomen is getting heavier, but they will also continue to feel the baby swaying in their belly. Some fetuses sometimes have very strong fetal movements. What causes this phenomenon? Is it normal or abnormal for a fetus to have strong fetal movements?

In fact, the frequency and time of fetal movement are also related. As for the pregnancy cycle, fetal movement usually reaches a peak between 32 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, but the frequency of fetal movement will gradually decrease after 38 weeks of pregnancy. The frequency of fetal movement may be frequent or infrequent every day. The frequency of fetal movement in the afternoon and night is more than in the morning. Moreover, in the late pregnancy, the fetal movements are relatively strong.

The fetus's great strength in the late pregnancy is also related to physiological factors. There are five common physiological factors that cause the baby's fetal movement to be strong.

First, after pregnant mothers have finished their meals, the baby's fetal movement will be stronger. This is because after the meal, the nutrients are sent to the baby along the umbilical cord, so the baby's strength will immediately increase. Second, when pregnant mothers take a bath, their blood circulation and mood become more and more comfortable, so the baby also has strength.

When the pregnant mother and father talk to the fetus, the fetus's fetal movements will also be stronger and more frequent. Moreover, when the fetus hears the music, it will become more active in the mother's belly. Before the pregnant mother goes to bed, the fetus will feel more energetic, so the fetus will also feel more frequent fetal movements and greater strength.

In fact, fetal movement is a normal physiological phenomenon. However, if the baby in the pregnant mother's belly was very active and suddenly doesn't like to move, this must cause the family to pay attention. At this time, you should go to the hospital in time for a physical examination, understand the cause and then deal with it according to the corresponding cause.
