What's wrong with blood clots during menstruation?

Menstruation is a physiological cyclical period that occurs in some reproductive human women, apes, and other animals. For humans, it refers to the situation in which women's blood or mucous membranes are regularly discharged from the uterine wall through the vagina to the outside of the body, which is regulated by the reproductive hormone system. So what is the reason for blood clots during menstruation?

The first reason is caused by catching a cold. Women's bodies tend to be cold. Once they catch a cold or eat cold food, it will cause uterine cold, which will cause blood circulation problems, thus affecting the discharge of menstruation and causing blood clots. You should pay attention to the adjustment of your diet, don't eat spicy food or cold food, and pay attention to adjusting your clothes to avoid being too cool. Avoid staying in the air-conditioned room for too long in summer to reduce the symptoms of blood clots during menstruation.

The second reason is that women sit for a long time. Women's long-term sitting in the working environment will cause local blood circulation problems, menstruation cannot be discharged normally, and blood clots are accumulated in the body. Moreover, women's long-term sitting will also cause pelvic hematoma, resulting in poor blood circulation in the appendages and cervix, and poor ventilation of the private parts, which will cause the formation of blood clots.

The third reason is caused by gynecological diseases. If women suffer from cervicitis and cervical erosion, cervical hypertrophy, cervical polyps, pelvic inflammatory disease, Trichomonas vaginitis and other diseases, the spread of the disease may also cause the occurrence of menstrual blood clots.

The fourth reason is caused by endocrine imbalance. Because the female hormones in women's bodies are abnormal, which leads to endocrine imbalance. In daily life, we should improve the care and maintenance of the uterus and ovaries, actively regulate endocrine, and avoid endocrine imbalance caused by ovarian abnormalities or aging.

The fifth reason is due to mentality. Women are easily affected by external factors, which can cause mood swings and affect the periodicity of their menstrual periods. Especially when they are worried, anxious, or fearful, they can also cause the appearance of menstrual blood clots.
